What we build

About the days:These are typical first-version times. We build with AI and ready-made platforms, so small things take hours and even large systems show a working version within days. We do not put ten people on a project for six months. AI does the heavy lifting and one expert directs it. That is why it is fast and why it is affordable.

Websites and apps run on Cloudflare's global network. Business systems run on our own servers in the cloud. Customers do not need IT staff. We look after it.

How to handle price

  • Never quote a number. You do not have to.
  • Say: "We have options from a small monthly fee to full projects. Tell me roughly what you had in mind and we will fit it."
  • Ask what they pay today (for their website, software, or the staff doing it by hand). We usually cost less than that.
  • Send the lead. Shammy prices it and replies within a day.

How to talk to a customer

Ask five questions. Listen. Then say yes.

The five questions

  1. "What takes too much of your time every day?"Invoices, follow-ups, bookings, stock, staff attendance. That is where software helps most.
  2. "How do customers find you and contact you today?"No website, or an old one, or only Instagram? That is a website, a shop, or a booking system.
  3. "What do you use to run the business now?"Excel, WhatsApp, paper, an old program. All of these we can replace with one system.
  4. "If one thing worked perfectly tomorrow, what would it be?"This tells you what to offer first. Write it down word for word.
  5. "Who else decides with you?"Partner, accountant, head office. Ask to include them in the next call.

Then say

"We can do that. We have done it for others already. Let me show you something live." Open a reference on your phone. Then: "Give me your name and number and Shammy will send you a plan."

Things customers ask, and what to say.

Do you do mobile apps?
Yes. iPhone and Android. Often the customer does not need an app store app at all: a website that works like an app on the phone is faster and cheaper. We advise which.
Do you do email and Microsoft or Google?
Yes. Domain, professional email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, setup and migration. Also done through Logos Technologies for larger IT and Azure work.
Can you connect to my delivery apps, bank, or payment gateway?
Yes. Our restaurant system already takes Talabat orders straight into the kitchen. We connect payment gateways, Stripe, UPI, and bank files.
What about India?
We build for India too: GST, rupees, UPI, daily-supply rounds. Kanak is our India business system and Ice World in Trivandrum is live on it.
Arabic?
Yes. Arabic and right-to-left interfaces, Arabic-aware name matching for compliance, bilingual sites. Our hammam sample is bilingual.
Who supports it after launch?
We do. Hosting, updates, backups and changes are a monthly service. Customers talk to a human on WhatsApp, not a ticket system.
Can we see it before paying?
Usually yes. For a website or a small system we build a working version first and show it. For big systems we start with a paid pilot.
Do you make the photos and videos too?
Yes. Every image and film on our sample sites was generated by AI in hours. Product shots, brand films, social content. No photographer needed to start.
Government or big tenders?
Yes, with proper documentation, data residency in the UAE, and audit trails built in. Send the requirement to Shammy. Do not promise timelines yourself.
